What’s covered under warranty?
Sharmaz Acoustic provides a seller warranty on all products: 6 months for IEMs and EARBUDS, 3 months for DACs, and a 15-day replacement guarantee for cables. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, wear-and-tear, and misuse are not included. If you face an issue, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
How fast is the delivery?
We ship quickly across Nepal. Inside Kathmandu Valley, delivery is free (except cables) and usually takes 1–2 working days. For orders outside the valley, shipping is NPR 100 only, and delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive updates and tracking once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer a 7-day return policy. However, warranty coverage applies in case of manufacturing defects. If you face any issues with your product, contact our support team immediately, and we’ll help resolve it. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy your gear without worries.
